Italian Dinner and Party
at Bear Crossing, New Ringgold - Starting at 4:00 pm
Fundraising event to benefit the Gabriel Chamber Ensemble.
Cost: $50/person, includes food, beverages, music (DJ), dancing.
Menu: Bruschetta, Stuffed Olives--(filled with minced chicken and pork, eggs, cheese and spices), Italian Garden Salad, Mixed Italina Olives, Homemade Gnocchi with Red Sauce, Meatballs, served in a red sauce , Braciole--(thin slices of steak, with garlic, parsley and cheese), Sweet and Hot Italian Sausage, Tiramisu, Fresh Fruit, Meletti Anisette

Fundraiser: Cajun Dinner and Music
Cost: $30/person

Come and enjoy a traditional Cajun / Creole dinner just like you would get in New Orleans. Most people equate Cajun/Creole food as being hot and spicy – not so. For the lighter heart, this dinner will NOT be prepared hot and spicy. However we will provide several types of tasty hot sauces (including our own home-made brand) and Cajun spices for those of you who would like to enjoy the authentic experience of Cajun cooking or just want to “kick it up a notch”. Come and enjoy the food, music, and fun of New Orleans.
Weather Permitting: Celestial viewing though an Orion SkyQuest 12” computer aided telescope. Cast your eyes on such objects as star clusters, nebulas, nearby planets, the Andromeda Galaxy, and one of my personal favorites - NGC457 - AKA “ET Cluster”
